Banking & Exchange
Turkish monetary system is Turkish Lira. Foreign currency may be changed at banks during normal banking hours from 09:00 – 17:00 during weekdays at hotels, airports and exchange offices. Exchange rates are set daily by the Central Bank. All major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are acceptable in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available at many points throughout the city and at the airport.

October is autumn in Antalya and is one of the most pleasant seasons. Daytime temperatures reach a high of 26°C (79°F) and fall no lower than 15°C (59°F) in the evenings. We recommend you bring light clothes and a raincoat as rain showers may occur.
Turkiye has 220 volts/50 Hz. electricity and socket type is European standard. (2-pin plug). British and USA appliances need an adaptor.
The official language of the meeting is English. Sessions will be presented in English. Interpretation in Russian, Arabic, Turkish will be available at the main hall.
Visa & Passport
A valid passport is required to enter Turkey. A visa may also be required for some foreign nations; please contact the Turkish Consulate in your country at least one month before your departure for Turkey. The ‘Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism Turkey, European Society of Endocrinology and The Endocrine Society’ (or) “Endobridge 2022” is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.
The “Endobridge 2022” is designated for a maximum of (or ‘for up to’) 18 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
