ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation package includes 3 nights all inclusive (breakfast, lunch , dinner and all local drinks) accommodation between October 22^nd and 25^th.
• %10 VAT is not included in the prices
• Participants who are not staying in Cornelia Diamond Hotel need to pay 130 Euro + %20 VAT daily entrance fee to use hotel activities between 08:00 - 18:00 hours. Participants staying at the congress hotels do not need to pay the entrance fee if their reservations are made through the meeting organization.

Cancellation Policy:

• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50 % WILL BE REFUNDED
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 89 - 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 25 % WILL BE REFUNDED.
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 59 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: NO REFUND

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
On the day of check-in and check-out, (October 22^nd and 25^th) collective two-way (Airport-Hotel-Airport) transfer fee is 160 EURO + %20 VAT per person. For other days, one-way transfer fee per person is 120 EURO + %20 VAT.

Please confirm availability with the organization secretariat before payment. Please note that, registration, accommodation and transportation reservations will be confirmed by organization secretariat ([email protected]) after you send your request and bank receipt.
