ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation package includes 3 nights all inclusive (breakfast, lunch , dinner and all local drinks) accommodation between October 17th and 20th.
• %10 VAT is not included in the prices
• Participants who are not staying at Cornelia Diamond Hotel need to pay 100 Euro + %20 VAT daily entrance fee to use hotel activities between 08:00 - 18:00 hours. Participants staying at the Selectum Luxury Hotel do not need to pay the entrance fee if their reservations are made through the meeting organization.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
On the day of check-in and check-out, (October 17th and 20th) collective two-way (Airport-Hotel-Airport) transfer fee is 120 EURO + %20 VAT per person. For other days, one-way transfer fee per person is 100 EURO + %20 VAT.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50 % WILL BE REFUNDED
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 89 - 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 25 % WILL BE REFUNDED.
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 59 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: NO REFUND
