ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation package includes 3 nights all inclusive (breakfast, lunch , dinner and all local drinks) accommodation between October 19th and 22nd.
• %8 VAT is not included in the prices
• Participants who are not staying at Cornelia Diamond Hotel need to pay 80 Euro daily entrance fee to use hotel activities between 08:00 - 18:00 hours.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
On the day of check-in and check-out, (October 19th and 22nd) collective two-way (Airport-Hotel-Airport) transfer fee is 100 EURO + %18 VAT per person. For other days, one-way transfer fee per person is 75 EURO + %18 VAT.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50 % WILL BE REFUNDED
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 89 - 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 25 % WILL BE REFUNDED.
• CANCELLATION RECEIVED 59 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: NO REFUND
